8th WMO Impact Workshop - Venue and Logistics
Venue
The workshop will be held at SMHI headquarters at Folkborgsvägen 17 in Norrköping, Sweden.
Please note that due to safety and security requirements, SMHI is obligated to only host persons with confirmed identity in its facilities. All holders of passports other than Swedish (or holders of more than one citizenship) are therefore obligated to provide personal information including their passport number before arrival. Travel
Stockholm - Arlanda airport (ARN) is the nearest large airport. Onward travel to Norrköping by train has an estimated travel time of 2 h to 2.5 h. Direct trains from the airport to Norrköping are available, but most connections require a change at Stockholm Central station. There are also long distance buses departing from Stockholm Central to Norrköping.
The closest regular airport to Norrköping is Linköping airport (LPI). Please note that this airport is not served by public transport.
A third alternative is Copenhagen airport (CPN), which is a 3.5 h to 4 h train ride from Norrköping.
