PEOPLE will be a cross-cutting project that draws on communication and information needs, best practices, and evidence-based science that will be collated and informed by the various science efforts of the other projects, as well as through public engagements with users of weather information, for example. There will be an iterative process between (1) the development of project level communication and engagement within WWRP projects and (2) cross-cutting science on communication and engagement which will be based on the activities within the other projects.
