Terms of Reference
The RA V Task Team on Early Warnings for All (TT-EW4All) has the following Terms of Reference (ToR):
(a) Regularly monitor the progress in EW4All implementation in RA V based on inputs from RA V Working Groups (WGs), RA V Tropical Cyclone Committee for the South Pacific and South-East Indian Ocean (RA V TCC), and the Coordination Panel on Hydrology and Water Resources (CP-H);
(b) Facilitate the aggregation of regional requirements and inform and strengthen the implementation of EW4All-related activities at the regional, subregional and national level in close collaboration with the RA V WGs, RA V TCC and CP-H and partners, and with the support of the WMO Secretariat;
(c) Regularly consult with the relevant substructures of RA V and other bodies as necessary;
(d) Regularly report to the RA V MG, and through the president of RA V to the WMO Technical Coordination Committee (TCC) and through the RA V representatives on the MGs of the Commission for Observation, Infrastructure and Information Systems (INFCOM) and the Commission for Weather, Climate, Hydrological, Marine and Related Environmental Services and Applications (SERCOM), on the progress of activities supporting the EW4All initiative in RA V, covering contributions to all four Pillars of the EW4All initiative.
