Terms of Reference

WMO Executive Council (EC-66)  decided that the Members identify Focal Points for Monitoring and Evaluation  to: (a) Serve as the Secretariat's main contact persons for matters related to the implementation of the WMO M&E System, and specifically (b) For facilitating Members' responses to the Surveys, which are the main data collection processes for measuring progress on the WMO Key Performance Indicators
