The meeting is taking place at the headquarters of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) in Reading, United Kingdom.

Upon Arrival and local logistics

When attendees arrive, they should give their name to the security guard at the gate and they will be given access to the site. Attendees must sign in and out at reception each day. The reception desk can provide details on how to connect to Wi-Fi and will also direct attendees to the Council Chamber which is on the first floor of our conference block.

The staff restaurant will be open for lunch service. The restaurant can only accept chip and pin, and contactless card payments. Cash cannot be accepted.
