Today, WMO further updated its preliminary guidelines for aeronautical meteorological service providers (AMSPs) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to include reference to a new ICAO publication - specifically Doc 10144, ICAO Handbook for CAAs (Civil Aviation Authorities) on the Management of
