RRR Engagement (online) workshop - Part I (3 June, 10:00 - 12:00 UTC), Part II (5 June, 10:00 - 12:00 UTC)

Purpose: Further engage with PoCs and Coordinators and facilitate their work towards completing the transition to the new RRR, in particular:

  • Reminding all of the existing material Reference Guide, OSCAR/Requirements User Manual) and providing training (explanation, clarification) as needed,
  • Discussing appropriateness of the existing guidance material (Reference Guide, OSCAR/Requirements User Manual) and planning review of key documents, if necessary,
  • Regular reviewing of the existing observation requirements and addition of new ones in the OSCAR/Requirements database,
  • Stimulating population of recently introduced attributes (priorities, layer quality and horizontal coverage quality),
  • Identifying what is needed for completion of those AA gap analyses that are currently in progress
  • Proposing timelines for completion of the remaining activities (e.g., missing definitions, requirements, Gap analyses, SoGs),
  • Interacting with ET-EOSDE sub-group on RRR regarding development of additional RRR outreach material (WIGOS Newsletter article on SoG done),
  • Information and task distribution for the ESAC Coordinators and AA PoCs workshop in Darmstadt, 22-24 September 2025.
  • Exchange information about activities of the WIGOS Vision drafting group.
  • RRR contribution and involvement in RBON (validation of requirements, mapping of key hazards and AAs).
