Conference Registration and Hotel ReservationRegistration and hotel reservation at the conference hotel can be made at www.regonline.com/TTISS where a block of rooms has been set aside at a special rate. If you have already registered for the symposium prior to postponement, then you do not need to reregister. If you reserved a room at the Portola Hotel for the earlier dates of the conference in May, you need to make reservations for the new dates. We are, however, exploring, transferring existing reservations to the new dates. Stay tuned for further updates. Participants who do not have internationally accepted credit/debit cards should, at this time, contact Nathalie Tournier (NTournier@wmo.int) to facilitate their registration. Monterey is a popular vacation and conference destination, so it is in your interest to make your hotel reservation early. Postponement InformationIf you registered in advance prior to the initial dates of the symposium in May, your registration fee will be automatically applied for the new dates on 14-18 September 2009. If you wish a refund of the registration fees please let us know immediately. Also please let a member of the local committee know if you had to pay a cancellation fee at the Portola Hotel. We arranged to have all reservations cancelled without charge. If you called the Portola Hotel and cancelled your reservation yourself you my have been charged a fee. We will work to get this fee refunded. Subsequent emails and web notices will address the issue of changing your reservations at the Portola Hotel from May to September. Provisional Program
