Standing Committee on Data Processing for Applied Earth System Modelling and Prediction (SC-ESMP-1) - ONLINE

The seventy-second session of Executive Council (EC-72) adopted the establishment of the Standing Committee on Data Processing for Applied Earth System Modelling and Prediction (SC-ESMP) under the Commission for Observation, Infrastructure and Information Systems (INFCOM).

SC-ESMP had a series of teleconferences to discuss the priority areas of the work after the membership was completed. The SC-ESMP will meet virtually for further in-depth discussion on the priority areas and possibly make recommendations to be tabled to WMO Constituent body meetings.
