Aviation | News | 2020-04-24 | WMO issues a 'pre-announcement' letter regarding IWVA/8
Further to our News Item on 1 April 2020, WMO has today issued a 'pre-announcement' letter to Permanent Representatives of WMO Members and other partners relating to the Eighth International Workshop on Volcanic Ash (IWVA/8), which is rescheduled to convene in Reykjavik, Iceland in October 2021 instead of October 2020.
The letter is available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic.
A ‘first announcement and call for abstracts’ will follow later this year.
