Fourth Hydrological Advisers Forum, RA IV - North America, Central America and the Caribbean
The 4th Hydrological Advisers Forum of the World Meteorological Organization - Region IV North America, Central America and the Caribbean (WMO RA IV) will be held by videoconference on 12 August 2021. It will be chaired by the Regional Hydrological Adviser of RA IV, Mr Jose Alberto Zuñiga, and will bring together Hydrological Advisers and Permanent Representatives from 20 countries, members of the regional Hydrological and Water Coordination Panel and staff from WMO Secretariat.
The agenda is as follows*:
- Welcome (J.A. Zuñiga, Regional Hydrological Adviser for RA IV)
- WMO Hydrological Observing System (WHOS) + discussion (I. Chernov, WMO, J. Bianchi, member of JET-HYDMON, and S. Pecora, VP of INFCOM)
- WMO Hydrological Status and Outlook System (HydroSOS) regional implementation + discussion (J. Cullmann, WMO)
- Regional consultations towards the Extraordinary Congress (Cg-Ext) (C. Caponi, WMO)
- Any other issues (including date and possible topics for next forum) (all)
