RA V Training Course on Tropical Cyclones (14th session)
The Fourteenth session of the biannual RA V Training Course on Tropical Cyclones (RAV TC-TC-14) will be conducted online from 12 to 15 October, from 0000 to 0330 UTC.
It will cover the following topics: Service updates from RSMCs/TCWCs and invited information providers; TC Genesis; TC Analysis and Satellites and technique updates; TC forecasting (updates on NWP and techniques, consensus and uncertainties, intensity, rapid intensification, structures changes); Hazard and communications.
