UAS Demonstration Campaign

Those wishing to be kept informed about the ongoing development of the UAS-DC and related issues and activities can subscribe themselves to the appropriate email group, maintained by WMO.

Any problems, please contact WMO.

To subscribe to one of the following email groups:

  1. Go to Subscriptions - groups.wmo.int - Simplelists.com
  2. Enter your information under "Subscribe"
  3. Choose the appropriate email group from below.
  4. Confirm your subscription in response to the automated email sent to you.
  5. WMO will confirm your subscription.

Participant Data Users that will be interested in receiving UAS data for use in applications. Includes:

  • WMO Member National Meteorological or Hydrological Services (NMHS)
  • WMO Member agency NWP data user centres
  • NWP research agencies or organizations
  • Other UAS data users
  • Other interested experts

Government or other public agency UAS operators that are interested in participating in the campaign. Includes:

  • WMO Member National Meteorological or Hydrological Services (NMHS)
  • Other governmental meteorological agencies
  • Other governmental scientific agencies or organisations

Public or private research agency or organization UAS operators that are interested in participating in the campaign, including:

  • Public or private universities
  • Private university or other research entities
  • Research agencies or entities affiliated with meteorological agencies

Private entities that sell and/or operate UAS that are interested in participating in the campaign or could provide equipment in support of the campaign, including:

  • Associates of the Hydro-Meteorological Equipment Industry association
  • Other suppliers/vendors
