Flood Forecasting Initiative Advisory Group, meeting Q2 (2025)

The WMO Flood Forecasting Initiative has played an important role in the last 20 years of WMO, influencing strategies and work programmes of various technical commissions and other constituent bodies. The FFI-AG Q2 2025 meeting will provide an update on previously agreed actions and follow-ups of the FFI-AG Q2 2024. The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss the recently developed concept on the Flood Forecasting Framework (FFF). The AG will assess the objectives, concept, activities, and timelines of the FFF and advise on next steps.
