After signing the Working Arrangement on the Establishment and Operations of the WMO-IATA Collaborative AMDAR Programme (WICAP) in October 2020, the first Governing Board meeting was held online in two sessions from 18th to 19th January 2021. 
The Aircraft-Based Observation Programme (ABOP) Meeting 2020 will be held with members of the Inter-Programme Expert Team on Aircraft-Based Observations (IPET-ABO) for consolidating the current global status and issues of aircraft-based observatio
