Task Team on Data Exchange with the Research Sector
The Task Team on Data Exchange with the Research Community is being established to carry forward Task #4 under the WMO Unified Data Strategy. The Research Board decided to establish this task team in December 2022 and a Terms of Reference was approved by members in March 2023. The remit of this Task Team includes establishing standards and criteria that need to be included in the Unified Data Policy and establishing connections with researchers to identify data needs and appropriate methods of data exchagne. The Task Team will be chaired by Prof Adina-Eliza Croitoru and additional members will be identified in the coming months.
