WCM Workshop July 2023
On 11-12 July 2023, a WCM workshop was held in WMO headquarter in Geneva aims to reflect on WMO implementation and daily business organization. The workshop was attended by experts from the Swiss Federal Office of Meteorology and Climatology MeteoSwiss / Weather4UN team, the German Weather Service Deutscher Wetterdienst, the WCM Expert Team, and WMO Secretariat.
The workshop consists of two main agenda, (1) WCM sustainability, how to ensure the resilience of the WCM and its deliverables, and (2) WCM implementation phase, what is needed to complete the implementation of the WCM.
