The WMO Services Commission, in collaboration with the Research Board, is convening a series of Aeronautical Meteorology Scientific Webinars (web-based seminars) across all six WMO regions on 7, 8 and 9 June 2022. (Note, different regions on each day.)
The theme of the webinars is: “Scientific and technological innovation in observation and forecast of severe convection to enable service delivery transformation and improve aviation safety”.
The webinars will showcase some of the latest state-of-the-art advances in aeronautical meteorology. They will feature a series of pre-recorded video presentations followed by live panel debate.
