7th Meeting of the Standing Committee on Disaster Risk Reduction and Public Services (SC-DRR-7)

The purpose of SC-DRR meeting is:
1) to review and finalize documents to be submitted by SC-DRR to SERCOM-III;
2) to propose/recommend to establish a dedicated task team on wildfire-related early warning services (TT-FIR) as decided by Decision 5.6(2)/1 (SERCOM-II);
3) to discuss on moving forward with Severe Weather Forecasting Programme under Resolution 15/Cg-18 and Resolution 8/1 (Cg-19) to support EW4ALL;
4) to discuss on EWS under EW4ALL and on how to update WMO DRR Roadmap;
5) others related to operating plan for the works of SC-DRR and its substructure in 2024
