Overview
Facilitated by SPREP, the workshop aims to address the Green Climate Fund (GCF)'s screening comments and agree on technical improvements required for resubmission of the Climate Information and Early Warning Systems - One Pacific Programme (OPP)
Expected outcomes include:
- Agreement on country-level gap framing
- Pacific locally led implementation approach
- Complementarity with WRP and existing GCF projects
- Implementation and absorptive capacity approach
- Clear revision directions for OPP resubmission
