  1. Review of previous actions (15 minutes, Secretariat to follow up with assignees before the meeting. Brief update by assignee at the meeting)
  2. PacWave Exercise 2026 (30 minutes, action from ET-WISOP 35th meeting, each GISC to report back the outreach and the summary of their AoR)
  3. Migration update (30 minutes)
    3.1 Chile (Presentation from GISC Brasilia) (tbc)
    3.2 Trinidad and Tobago (Presentation from GISC Washington) (tbc)
  4. WIS2 IMS JIRA Issues Analysis (15 minutes, Maaike, including discussions)
  5. GISC Watch report (10 minutes, only report the issues requiring attention, and follow-up actions) 
    5.1 Melbourne (16 - 31 October)
    5.2 Offenbach (1-15 November)
  6. Progress report (20 minutes, only present the update, 2-3 slides)
  7. Next meeting (15th December (?))
