Training Workshop on Strategic and Implementation Planning for Sustainable Observations

1. Review key principles for developing National Observing Strategies and National WIGOS Implementation plans; 
2. Exchange experiences and best practices; 
3. Identify opportunities for innovative and sustainable observing solutions; 
4. Share views on applicability and impact of the available related guidance material (for example, WIGOS Guide) to be compliant with WMO technical regulations; 
5. Foster collaboration at the national, regional, and global levels; 
6. Enhance partnership and promote data and metadata acquisition and sharing; 
7. Review national operations and maintenance plans to ensure reliability and sustainability of observational systems.
