Panel on Polar and High-mountain Observations, Research and Services (PHORS)

It works with INFCOM, Commission for Weather, Climate, Hydrological, Marine and Related Environmental Services and Applications (SERCOM), the Research Board, and partners to align research and operations, foster collaboration, and advance Arctic, Third Pole, and Antarctic Regional Climate Centre networks.
