19th session on the World Weather Research Programme Scientific Steering Committee

The 19th session on the World Weather Research Programme Scientific Steering Committee will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

The Scientific Steering Committee (SSC) guides the scientific direction and coordination of the World Weather Research Programme (WWRP). It provides expertise and advises on ongoing and new activities to ensure alignment with the WMO Strategic Plan and the WWRP Implementation Plan, develops strategic guidance, evaluates projects, and makes recommendations to uphold scientific quality and advance global weather research.
