Knowledge Hub: the scientific core of the Community Platform

The Knowledge Hub is one of the four portals of the WMO Community Platform. It brings together authoritative, structured technical content from across WMO to support Members, experts, and partners.

A circular diagram divided into four sections labeled Contacts Directory, Collaboration Hub, Knowledge Hub, and Monitoring Hub, summarizing functions of the WMO Community platform.

The Knowledge Hub is a public portal offering technical information, events and updates from WMO governing bodies, programmes, initiatives and priority areas.

All pages are openly accessible, with some pages linking to the secure Collaboration Hub, which is limited to authenticated experts listed in the WMO Contacts Directory.

For WMO Secretariat Staff
Only designated staff may edit Knowledge Hub pages. When editing, follow the WMO Style Guide and good web practices: write clear, accessible content, use consistent headings and descriptive links, add alt text and link to documents stored in the Collaboration Hub using the “Anyone with the link can view” option.
For support, contact the Knowledge Management Unit.
