The Expert Team on Operational Weather Radar (ET-OWR), under SC-MINT and in collaboration with SC-ON and SC-IMT, develops guidance, standards, and best practices for operational weather radars, including systems requirements, quality control, maintenance, data processing, products, networking, and scanning strategies.
