The Expert Team on Radiation References (ET-RR), under SC-MINT/INFCOM, assesses the status of solar and terrestrial radiation references, evaluates the impact of proposed changes, and provides recommendations for their timely implementation. The team reviews reference instruments and standard groups, develops regulatory and guidance material, updates WMO-No. 8 and other WMO publications as needed, and collaborates with international bodies such as ISO to ensure consistency and support the implementation of reference changes.
