The Expert Team on Cataloguing Weather, Water, Climate, Environmental and Space Weather Hazardous Events (ET-CHE) works on cataloguing and understanding risk through hazard and risk assessment, reducing existing risk through preparedness, including the understanding of economic losses and damages, disaster risk transfer and finance and avoiding the creation of new risks, considering the vulnerability of the population in the provision of services.
