The Editorial Board (EdBd) under the direction of the SC-MINT/INFCOM Chair, coordinates updates and ensures consistency across WMO regulatory and guidance materials on measurements, instrumentation, and traceability, including WMO-No. 8, WMO-No. 1257, WMO-No. 168, and WMO-No. 407. It advises on elevating guidance to regulatory status, liaises with other WMO bodies for consistency and standard vocabulary development, monitors the International Cloud Atlas, reviews IOM and other reports, supports SC-MINT expert teams, and contributes to the development of ISO/WMO standards and other relevant WMO guidance.
