The Expert Team on Weather and Climate Science for Aviation Applications (ET-WCS) gathers information and provides expert advice in the fields of weather and climate impact science to support the current and future needs of users in the provision of aeronautical meteorological services, in alignment with the implementation of the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan.
