The Expert Team leads RA II Implementation Projects on implementing WIS 2.0 and addressing the WMO Data Policy. It supports WG Infrastructure on activities pertaining to information systems and data policy, promotes knowledge sharing on WIS 2.0 projects, and monitors regional implementation to advise on improvements and priorities, with a focus on LDCs. The group develops training plans with Regional Training Centres, collaborates with the SC-IMT, and advances modern data systems and technologies for managing and sharing data.
