The Task Team on WMO Global Hydrological Data Centers (TT-GHYDAC) develops a workplan to establish global hydrological data centers as WMO centers (WIGOS/WIS/WIPPS) under Decision 11 (INFCOM-3). Chaired by a SC-ON member, it liaises with AG-Hydro, HCP, SC-IMT, SC-WIPPS, GCOS, and other expert teams to organize and register centers, address hydrological needs, support data sharing and quality, and promote capacity building and outreach for regular data submission.
