The Expert Team leads RA II Implementation and Demonstration Projects to improve hydrological services. It promotes knowledge sharing, supports flood and drought forecasting, and enhances cooperation among NMHSs. The team helps to advance risk-based and cryosphere modelling, strengthen flood warning systems through GMAS and CAP, and improves FFGS capabilities. It also contributes to regional hydrological forums and collaborates with SERCOM’s Standing Committee on Hydrological Services to enhance regional resilience.
