The RA III Committee on Hydrology and Water Resources (RA III-C-HWR) guides the region's operational hydrology and water management strategies. Working under the RA III President and the Management Group, it coordinates the implementation of critical WMO initiatives like Early Warnings for All (EW4All) and HydroSOS. The Committee focuses on enhancing hydrometric data quality, advancing forecasting capabilities, and fostering capacity building and collaboration to meet the region's most urgent hydrological needs.
