The Expert Team on Information Management (ET-IM) leads the review and harmonization of the Manual on High Quality Global Data Management Framework for Climate (WMO-No. 1238) with the WMO Earth system approach and Technical Regulations. It develops and maintains recommended practices and guidance for Members, including implementing FAIR principles, supporting historical records management and data rescue, defining minimum specifications for climate data management systems (WMO-No. 1131), and updating relevant sections of the Manual on WIS (WMO 1060) and Guide to WIS (WMO 1061).
