The Expert Team on Cyber Security (ET-CS) supports secure WIS 2.0 operations by updating guidance (e.g., the Guide to WIS, WMO-No.1061, and WMO-No.1115) and developing recommended practices for IT security. It contributes to WIS 2.0 implementation, assists the WIS Security Focal Point, reviews and updates security guidance as needed, and works with the Expert Team on Implementation and Transition to provide solutions for IT security challenges.
