RA II Working Group on Observation, Infrastructure and Information Systems

The RA II Working Group on Observation, Infrastructure and Information Systems supports implementation of WMO resolutions on observation and infrastructure. It identifies gaps in Members’ capabilities, develops regional roadmaps for WIGOS, GBON, WIS 2.0 and GDPFS, and drafts related components of the RA II Operating Plan. It coordinates with INFCOM, monitors regional centres, promotes capacity-building, facilitates knowledge sharing, and reports annually on progress and regional needs.
