The RA II Management Group coordinates and oversees the work of RA II and its subsidiary bodies, ensuring alignment with WMO Strategic Plan and Executive Council resolutions. It guides regional reform, monitors implementation of the RA II Operating Plan, manages working groups and task teams, reviews NMHS capacity needs, supervises regional centres, advises the RA II president, and strengthens strategic and public-private partnerships across the region.
