Key activities: 

• Define the strategy of the GAW CD to support GAW SIP;
• Develop an itinerary of training for all the GAW topical areas, potentially following WMO Competencies Framework and in-line with WMO's long-term strategic goals;
• Identify and advise on an advocacy approach to raise the awareness of the need of GAW related education and training;
• Identify and build potential partnerships to support training delivery on GAW topics;
• Collaborate with WMO Regional Offices to identify the available resources and training needs related to GAW;
