The RA III Committee on Services (RA III-C-SER) leads the region's service-related activities under the RA III President and the Management Group. Coordinating with SERCOM, it ensures global standards are reflected locally and Congress resolutions are implemented. RA III-C-SER assesses Member needs across weather, climate, hydrological, and marine services to provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building. It also advises the Management Group on addressing the region's most urgent service requirements.
