Terms of Reference
ET-MS serves as the interface between meteorological and oceanographic forecasting and users of these services. It is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the provision of meteorological Maritime Safety Information (MSI) within the GMDSS and for other vessels not covered by the SOLAS Convention.
