This Community of Practice is a hub for sharing knowledge, innovations, and best practices in agricultural meteorology and the application of climate services in the agriculture sector. By fostering collaboration between meteorologists, agronomists, and agricultural decision-makers, this CoP aims to improve climate resilience in agriculture.

Through this platform, we:
- Exchange knowledge, good practices, and case studies on weather and climate services for agriculture.
- Share tools, models, and methodologies for agrometeorological monitoring and forecasting.
- Discuss approaches for climate risk management in agriculture.
- Identify opportunities for organizing training sessions, expert discussions, and seminars related to agricultural meteorology.
- Connect different stakeholders to enhance the application of climate services in the agriculture sector.
- Share opportunities related to professional development and partnership on climate services in the agriculture sector.
Who can join?
This community is open to agricultural meteorologists, applied meteorologists, agronomists, climate scientists, social scientists, farmers, policymakers, and professionals working in agricultural extension, food security, and rural development. Whether you develop climate services, use them, or research their applications and benefits, we invite you to be part of this network.

Step 3: Go to Agricultural Meteorology Community and click “request to join” button.
Step 4: Our moderators will shortly accept your request, and you can then check information, post new materials and communicate with other members.
