In 2012, the Secretariat developed an AMDAR News & Events site and the WMO AMDAR Panel began producing a newsletter titled "WMO AMDAR Panel Newsletter". Four volumes were compiled in 2012. At it's 15th and final Session, the Panel recommended that the CBS Expert Team on Aircraft-based Observations endeavor to continue to produce the newsletters on a biannual basis.
The Newsletter are available at the News & Events site.
The Newsletters are also posted to the World Meteorological Organization Aircraft Observations News Public Google Groups site.
The News & Events site also hosts pages for the posting of WMO information on Aircraft-based Observations and AMDAR under the categories Events & Latest News. Both these pages are available under the web feed format, Rich Site Summary (RSS):
