The National Focal Points for Education and Training review needs and opportunities in training and capacity building, including HR development. They follow up on fellowships, respond to questionnaires, and collaborate with experts, associations, and training institutions. They assess needs and effectiveness of CADL programmes, support curriculum development, and work with regional rapporteurs, WMO-RTCs, and national institutions. They also liaise with the WMO Education and Training Office on inquiries and surveys.
