The Expert Team on Observation Data Quality Monitoring System (ET-ODQMS) supports the development and operation of the WIGOS Data Quality Monitoring System (WDQMS), which monitors the availability, timeliness, and quality of global meteorological observations. Working under INFCOM/SC-ESMP, the team provides guidance on improving data quality monitoring, integrates feedback from NWP centres, supports Regional WIGOS Centres (RWCs) in identifying and resolving observation or metadata issues, and contributes to the continuous enhancement of WDQMS tools and processes.
