The Task Team on Open Source Software (TT-OSS), in collaboration with SERCOM, the Research Board, and the Secretariat, develops roles, responsibilities, and guidelines to align open-source projects with WMO technical regulations and key initiatives, including Early Warnings for All. The team establishes risk management practices, supports Members’ digital transformation, coordinates with external and UN-wide open-source communities, and proposes a collaborative framework for INFCOM-4 approval.
